Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow 3-5 business days before your order is processed. The brand we work with will send your item to the fulfillment warehouse to pack and have it shipped to you. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order. If you did not receive your tracking number or don't have any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately.

Q: How long does shipping takes?

A: Depends on the order but usually 5-7 days. If the product is in high demand, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. For international orders we need a little more time. We use several fulfillment centers in EU and we do our best to fulfill all products as soon as possible. 

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes! Our predominant market is EU but we can ship worldwide and ensure we give every fashion lover an enjoyable shopping experience with us. 

Q: Is the website secure enough for my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time upon the purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you want and click the blue "BUY NOW" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Does ZigGuru provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find the product damaged, contact us immediately! Please read the Exchange/Refund policy here.
We do all we can to ensure you the  best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on most of our products. If your item arrives damaged or broken, just contact us and we'll send you another one or give you a full refund.
