Returns & Refunds

RETURNS:
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchased, you may return it within 7 days after you've received the item. Before you send your item back, you must contact our support team to receive a RETURN CODE. You'll need to print out this code and put it inside the package so we can approve your return. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If there is something wrong with your item, you can choose to do a full refund or an exchange. We will inspect the returned product once received and issue a full credit or send an exchange.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?

  • If your product was incorrect or damaged when received, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve this issue. Our desire is for every purchase to be exactly as promised.

  • If we sent the wrong item or your item is damaged in any way, we will provide a pre-paid return label or credit your paypal / credit card with extra shipping costs.

  • If the item is being returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
    • All returned items are inspected and must be in the condition you received them. Must include original packaging and the return code printed on paper and put in the return package.
    • Your refund (if the item is not damaged) will include the price of your item plus any taxes, but will not include the original shipping charges. 
    • A credit for your return will be issued after we've inspected your returned item(s). The time may vary, but this will usually occur within 2-5 business days after we receive your return. Refunds via credit card may take time to appear in your credit statement. Please allow one full billing cycle.
    • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours. After 12 hours the item will be sent to the brand and they will send it to the fulfillment center. At that point it cannot be cancelled anymore.
